Sakvire is a residential land development on the Algeti highlands, 55 minutes from Vake Park in Tbilisi. Across 13.2 hectares, the project divides land into 100 plots, each at least 600 square meters, starting at $47 per square meter.
Every plot comes with full utility infrastructure: water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, street lighting, storm drainage and security, plus roads and sidewalks connected by a bridge to the main access road. Shared amenities include an amphitheater, walking trails, sports grounds, communal gardens and stargazing areas set away from light interference.
Sakvire is built for a fixed community of 100 families who share the same values, connected through communal dinners and collective stewardship of the land. The project is rolling out in three phases, from permits and core infrastructure through full amenities, running to 2028.
